X-Prized
SpaceShipOne took another step toward securing the X Prize. The official X-Prize site has viseo of the flight.I read an article in the print edition of New Scientist that suggested Ansari might be up for further X-Prizes, for such things as first suborbital flight from America to Australia. No hint of a XXX-Prize- for the first couple to join the Hundred Kilometre Club- though.

Local Boy in the Paper
George Bush has made it in to newspaper for his home town of Crawford. Hardly news, but this time, its for all the wrong reasons.Specifically, the paper has given a ringing endorsement to John Kerry.
I'm not entirely sure I agree with all his policies either, but he's got to be better than the monkey currently in the White House.

Blogging Experts
I've done gone and stuck a mini blog on the bottom of the Deputised Experts front page, for announcements etc. and cross-posting links that relate to the storyline. Nothing much there at the moment, but we'll see.Plus, of course, it's another way to get traffic.
