Interactive Snowboard
Hammacher Schlemmer offer an interactive snowboard simulator that plugs into the TV. The game modes sound like they're from SSX. They also offer a virtual reality snowboard, VR skateboard simulator and, erm, a golf simulator.

I think I'd rather have a balance board, but that's because we don't have a TV.

Green boards and white hills

Following the post on Mount Seymour, it seems the European mountains are open as wellHippyshopper recommends going green down the slopes with a board from Arbor, made from wood sourced from environmentally friendly sources and with a percentage of profits given to charity.

We're on the wrong side of the Atlantic

It seems the winter season has opened at Mount Seymour in Vancouver, and no doubt across the whole of North America.  I haven't seen anything about the European resorts yet.

Northern Ski and Snowboard Show
I didn't know what to expect from this show, but it was a little disappointing to pay £7.50 for the privilege of walking round a room full of sales booths. there was still a lot of interesting stuff, and I'm going to be adding interesting finds for the rest of the week. For now, here are a few pictures-
