As I’m in an ongoing comment argument (on this post) with a couple of homophobic morons who think their religion gives them special dispensation to be bigots I thought I should show that some Christians are decent people who view the world from an adult perspective rather than one tainted by a few sentences in the Bible. I don’t share their religion, and I’ll no doubt disagree with them about a lot of things, but I respect their mature attitude to others.
“I respect their mature attitude to others” or their desire to jump on the gay bandwagon to promote their own agenda of subservience to their church. Religion is big business and these guys are in a position (due to the watered down nature of the bullshit that they follow) to get a share of the gay market so they are exploiting it as much as they can.
Hey, I’m trying to be nice. And reaching out to the gay community, even if it is for the benefit of the religio-corporate complex, is more mature than the pathetic crap being spouted in the other thread.
It’s like training puppies or children- tell them off when they’re being bad but praise them when they do something right.
